This Account Agreement (“Agreement”) contains important information regarding the QuantumFi Freedom Account offered by QuantumFi Global (“QuantumFi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the QuantumFi Freedom Account and all services, features, and functionalities made available through the associated platform. By opening, maintaining, or using a QuantumFi Freedom Account, you (“you,” “your,” or “Account Holder”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including any applicable fees, limitations, and legal disclosures as outlined herein.

1. Account Overview
The QuantumFi Freedom Account is a comprehensive digital financial solution combining features of a traditional checking account, a secured credit card, an international multi-currency wallet, and a cryptocurrency trading interface. The account is intended for use by both individuals and legal entities seeking modern banking functionality across jurisdictions.
QuantumFi Global acts as a technology service provider in partnership with regulated financial institutions. While QuantumFi is not itself a licensed bank or depository institution, it enables access to financial services through its partner institutions and integrated fintech infrastructure.
Please Note: The QuantumFi Freedom Account is a bundled financial service solution. All features are provided as a single, integrated offering. No component is sold or billed separately. The account is non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes failure to pass identity verification (KYC) or non-use of services. All fees are final and non-refundable.
2. Description of Services and Features

The card is secured by a cash deposit held on your behalf, which functions as collateral and establishes the credit limit.

SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and local payment processing
External bank account linking through secure third-party integrations (e.g., Plaid)

2.3 Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Integration
QuantumFi offers a robust digital asset interface integrated directly into your Freedom Account. Users may:

Transfer digital assets directly to secured card for immediate use

3. Banking-as-a-Service (BAAS) Platform Terms
QuantumFi provides Banking-as-a-Service capabilities via its cloud-based platform in collaboration with regulated Tier 1 banking and financial institutions. The BAAS platform allows users to access financial products and services digitally, subject to compliance and operational procedures.
3.1 Platform Role and Disclosures: QuantumFi serves as a technology facilitator and does not provide banking services in a licensed capacity. All account operations are performed in accordance with the policies and infrastructure of our banking partners. You acknowledge that QuantumFi does not hold or manage user funds directly.
3.2 Availability of Services: Platform services are made available during standard business hours in accordance with our banking partners' schedules. Some services may be available in real time; however, transaction processing timelines are subject to settlement periods of up to forty-eight (48) business hours. Timelines may be extended due to third-party issues, compliance reviews, or fraud prevention.
3.3 User Responsibilities and Acknowledgments:
As an account holder, you agree to:
Ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance requirements are fulfilled
Provide accurate and verifiable information for transactions
Monitor your account for updates, transaction notifications, and security alerts
Accept full liability for errors resulting from incorrect inputs or misuse of the platform
3.4 Platform Interruptions and Force Majeure: QuantumFi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the BAAS platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, cyberattacks, regulatory interventions, or natural disasters may interrupt service. The platform should not be used for time-sensitive financial obligations or critical payment deadlines.
3.5 Limitation of Liability: QuantumFi and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
Delayed transaction processing
Lost revenue or opportunity cost due to platform issues
Regulatory holds or rejected transactions
User-initiated errors or omissions
Technical or systems failures beyond QuantumFi’s control
3.6 Tax Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with any tax obligations resulting from your use of the platform, including income or gains derived from referrals, bonuses, or cryptocurrency transactions.

5. General Legal Terms and Conditions
5.1 Changes to this Agreement: QuantumFi reserves the right to modify the terms, features, or fees outlined in this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes in advance through your registered communication method.
5.2 Eligibility and Compliance: Account opening and continued use is contingent upon successful identity verification and ongoing compliance monitoring. QuantumFi may suspend or terminate access to services in the event of suspected fraud, regulatory violations, or noncompliance. Failure to complete KYC or verification does not entitle the user to any refund.
5.3 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient account funding and for monitoring your account regularly. You must report any suspicious or unauthorized activity immediately to avoid liability.
5.4 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which QuantumFi Global and its partners operate.
